A gauge led works as an indicator as to whether a threshold value has been reached or not.
Three properties specify the position and threshold value of a gauge led, passed to the
parameter gaugeledx. The first value corresponds to the position of the gauge led
with respect to the scale it is associated with. The second value is the threshold value,
and the third value is a fraction of the gauge circle radius, between 0 and 1. A value of
0 places the gauge led on the gauge circle center, whereas a value of 1 places it on the
gauge circle perimeter. Any value between 0 and 1 moves the gauge led along the gauge
circle radius.
